PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this offer, customers must:

  • Complete Payment in Full: Purchase must be paid in full during the Promotion Period (1 June to 31 July 2025) and made in a single transaction. Proof of purchase must be submitted in the form of a valid tax invoice or receipt, along with the serial numbers for each eligible product purchased.
  • Qualifying Purchases Include:
    a. Any Eligible Klipsch Reference Premiere Product purchased together with any Eligible Onkyo product (refer to Eligible Products listed below); or
    b. Any Eligible Klipsch Reference Premiere 5.1 Home Theatre Pack that includes an Eligible Onkyo AV Receiver (refer to Eligible Products listed below).

Claim Submission

  • Deadline: All claims must be submitted by 11:59 PM (AEST) on 31 July 2025 ("Claim Submission Period").
  • Submission Process: Complete and submit the promotion claim form at:
    Klipsh x Onkyo redemption page
  • Contact Details Required: You must provide a valid email address, mobile number, and shipping address. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information. No changes to contact details will be accepted after the Claim Submission Period ends.
  • Claim Limit: A maximum of two (2) claims per household is allowed. Claims exceeding this limit (based on the same name, address, or contact details) will be rejected.
  • Proof of Purchase: Retain your original receipt or tax invoice, along with the serial numbers for each eligible product purchased. Failure to provide valid proof of purchase may result in your claim being rejected.

Reward Terms

  • Delivery of Vouchers: Movie redemption vouchers will be emailed within 14 days after your redemption details have been received and verified.
  • Reward Details:
    a. Purchase any Eligible Klipsch Reference Premiere Product together with any Eligible Onkyo Product and receive 2 x HOYTS LUX E-vouchers; or
    b. Purchase any Eligible Klipsch Reference Premiere 5.1 Home Theatre Pack including an Eligible Onkyo AV Receiver and receive 4 x HOYTS LUX E-vouchers.

General Conditions

  • In the event of a dispute over the identity of a claimant, the registered name on the purchase invoice will be deemed the official entrant.
  • Submitting false, misleading, or inaccurate information will result in immediate disqualification.
  • Decisions regarding the validity or rejection of claims are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel this promotion or its terms at any time, subject to relevant regulatory guidelines.
  • All Eligible Product be purchased in Australia within the Promotion Period.
  • This promotion is operated by Westan Australia Pty Ltd ("we", "us"), an authorised distributor of Klipsch and Onkyo products in Australia.

Draw Terms and Conditions

  • Eligibility for Draw: To enter the draw for a chance to win a pair of Limited-Edition Klipsch Sevens x Jurassic World Rebirth powered speakers, customers must purchase any Eligible Klipsch Reference Premiere and Onkyo products together in a single transaction during the promotional period. Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible.
  • Promotion Period: The Promotion Period runs from 1 June to 31 July 2025. Entries received outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
  • Draw Date & Location: The draw will be held on 15 August 2025 in Australia.
  • Winner Notification: The winner will be announced on our official social media platforms and contacted by phone and email within three (3) business days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, a redraw may occur.
  • Prize: One (1) winner will receive a pair of Limited Edition Klipsch Sevens x Jurassic World Rebirth powered speakers. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Entry Validation: The promoter reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the process or breaches these terms. All decisions are final.
  • Privacy: By entering the draw, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information in accordance with our privacy policy, solely for the purposes of administering this promotion and announcing the winner.
