Conductor Technology & Silver Enhancement

This cable uses solid conductors plated with 0.5 % silver, which increases surface conductivity where high-frequency digital transitions travel. The solid design helps avoid strand-interaction distortion found in stranded cables, while the silver plating improves signal clarity without greatly increasing cost.

Noise Dissipation and Shielding Scheme

To combat radio-frequency interference (RFI) and electromagnetic noise, the Forest Coax employs a Metal-Layer Noise-Dissipation system. This shield the shield arrangement is intended to absorb and reflect noise before it modulates the ground plane, helping maintain a stable and clean digital reference.

Dielectric & Insulation Design

The insulation is Hard-Cell Foam (HCF), often nitrogen-injected, creating internal air pockets and minimizing dielectric absorption. Because air has very low dielectric loss, this helps preserve timing and minimize stored-energy distortion. The rigidity of the foam also helps maintain consistent conductor spacing and stable impedance over the cable’s length.
