AudioQuest Cinnamon Coax Digital RCA Audio Cable - Single

The AudioQuest Cinnamon Coax Digital Audio Cable is designed to convey digital audio signals via a coaxial (RCA) format with enhanced clarity and lower distortion. It sits above the Forest series in AudioQuest’s lineup, featuring more exotic materials and optimized shielding techniques to preserve timing integrity and reduce interference in critical digital links.

Conductor Material & Silver Enrichment

Cinnamon coax uses solid conductors plated with 1.25 % silver, which enhances conductivity at the surface where high-frequency digital transitions occur. Solid-core construction helps eliminate inter-strand interaction distortion, while the silver plating improves signal clarity without the cost of pure silver.

Noise Dissipation & Shielding Strategy

This cable includes an Metal-Layer Noise-Dissipation system, designed to “shield the shield” by absorbing and reflecting captured radio-frequency interference before it reaches the ground plane or signal path. The shielding is supplemented by directional conductor design that helps steer induced noise away from sensitive circuitry.

Dielectric & Insulation Design

The insulation is Hard-Cell Foam (HCF), with nitrogen injection to form air pockets. Because air and nitrogen have very low dielectric absorption, the insulation minimizes energy storage and release distortions, preserving timing accuracy. Its rigidity also helps maintain consistent conductor spacing and stable impedance.

Key Features
