AudioQuest Brave Heart Full-Range ZERO-Tech Speaker Cable - Pair

The AudioQuest Brave Heart ZERO-Tech Speaker Cable is crafted to deliver elevated performance and value in the high-end speaker cable market. It uses Solid Perfect-Surface Copper+ (PSC+) conductors and is 12 AWG in size, aiming to offer more metal than prior models while remaining physically manageable. Its dual round construction separates the positive and negative conductors, which helps in preserving damping factor, especially with demanding speakers or ported cabinets. With added conductor content, it seeks to offer stronger grip, more control in bass, and a more solid foundation in dynamics and tone.

ZERO-Tech & Noise-Dissipation Strategy

Brave Heart incorporates ZERO-Tech, designed to eliminate characteristic impedance mismatches between the cable, source, and load. This allows more linear RF noise dissipation and cleaner transient response. It combines upgraded insulation materials (polypropylene), carbon-loaded PVC, graphene mesh, and silver shield drain wires to reduce RF/EMI interference. The 72V Dielectric-Bias System (DBS) further polarizes the dielectric to minimize dielectric noise and improve clarity.

Construction & Conductor Purity

Solid conductors prevent strand interaction, a major source of distortion in less premium cables. Brave Heart’s PSC+ copper is of very high purity and finished to reduce grain-boundary artifacts which can introduce harshness. The pairing of PSC+ with upgraded polypropylene insulation and optimized conductor spacing works to reduce distributed capacitance effects and improve bandwidth of noise dissipation.

Physical Size, Flexibility & Practical Use

While having significantly more conductor content and performance features, Brave Heart is only slightly smaller in outer diameter (about 0.6 mm less) compared to AudioQuest’s Mythical series. This helps maintain easier handling. The separate round positive/negative runs contribute to better manageability. Available in lengths like 8 ft, 10 ft, 12 ft, 15 ft, with choice of banana or multi-spade / spade connectors.
